When a traveling theatre group witnesses the murder of one of their own right on stage, it's up to them to make sure that the show goes on! Wacky characters abound as the group struggles to maintain, all the while trying to discover the identity of the murderer. Everyone has a motive, but whodunit?! Best of all, you the audience get to decide the outcome! Davenport Flagstop and the Case of the Golden Spike
Triumvirate has done it again! Following the success of Baranov's Castle, comes the fast moving adventure story of a detective on the hunt for the famous golden spike, driven to commemorate the completion of the Alaska Railroad. On the trail he encounters a fanciful cast of characters including an assistant with ninjitsu on the brain, henchmen galore, a singing siren, and even the world-famous Smothers Brothers! BARANOV'S CASTLE: THE MOVIE

It started out as a puppet show, but if you thought you'd already experienced Baranov's Castle, you ain't seen nothing yet! With the support of the Alaska Humanities Forum, writer/Producer Joe Rizzo reassembled the Baranov team, and recruited experienced filmmaker Ryan Cannon to turn this exciting tale of early Alaska into a full-fledged motion picture. Alexander Baranov is Alaska's first governor, but when Capt. Hagemeister, a power hungry Naval commander arrives in New Archangel, everything is bound to change. Filled with action, laughs, and great songs, this locally written and produced puppet film is fun for all ages. Including original music and songs by Matt Boyle.
Running time: approx. 60 minutes.

A spoof, set on the Kenai Peninsula
It is a time of conflict. The feds and the state grapple for control of the bountiful fishing industry in Alaska. An uneasy truce exists on the Peninsula, and at Rick's Cafe, sworn enemies school around each other, looking for any advantage, all under the watchful eye of Rick himself. When two snagging permits, unquestionable and signed by Uncle Frank Murkowski himself, are stolen, it looks like things are going to get a little exciting. And then she walks in.
Come join us for the show, one night only, February 25 at 6:00 PM, at The Riverside House in Soldotna. And stay after the show for the Triumvirate's First Annual Art Auction benefitting the theatre and our goals of providing performing and fine arts opportunities and education to children and adults alike on the Peninsula. Work by artists Jim Evenson, Pam Mersch, William Heath, Tim Oliver, Amon Genty, Chris Jenness, and more will be on display at the Triumvirate Bookstore/Gallery for the month of February, and will be auctioned off after the show. Reviving a Soldotna Progress Days tradition, we proudly present an old-timey melodrama where even when the show goes right, everything goes wrong. Join our intrepid heroine Nell as she struggles to decide between tall, slinky mustachioed villain Carlton Bainbridge and financial security for her family homestead and affable, heroic Hector Skyscraper, son of poor but honest parents. During this classic tale of "Marry-me-or-I'll-foreclose," you'll want to cry with the heroine, hiss the villain and applaud the hero.
